Circus has a language all its own, so we thought we'd give you a hand and outline all our classes for you. For every class PRE-REGISTRATION THROUGH OUR WEBSITE IS REQUIRED. You can either CLICK HERE to view our entire class schedule or scroll on down to learn more!
In addition to our ongoing classes, we also offer Semi-Private/Private Lessons and Fitness Coaching. Our Semi/Private lessons are available for Bungee Trapeze, Static Trapeze, Silks, Spanish Web, Lyra, Hoop, Cloud Swing, Double Trapeze, and many more.
Our fitness coaching will help you master your health, loose weight, and learn to live your life with high energy, clear focus, and a positive and confident outlook. We provide the inspiration and training techniques while you do the work necessary to move toward getting what you really want in life. And it’s FUN! Discover and stay the path towards becoming the healthier version of yourself.

- FLYING TRAPEZE (FRI 6PM & 7:30PM, SAT/SUN 10AM, 12PM, & 2PM)
- Participants learn to swing, fly and catch under the coaching of trained instructors. With lines, harnesses and of course a net, they’ll learn to fly through the air with the greatest of ease. Flying Trapeze is appropriate for people of all ages and abilities. The Flying Trapeze will help you face your fears while not only getting in shape, but bonding with friends and family new and old. Into to Trapeze (Level 1) – Experience the thrill of Flying Trapeze, safety guidelines, basic swing, positions and catching.
Beginning-Intermediate (Level 2) – Introduction of more challenging tricks
Intermediate (Level 3) – Step-it-up and learn the techniques that will enable you to fly high like the pros. Improve you trapeze prowess.
Advanced-Intermediate (Level 4) – Take trapeze to the next level. Fly without safety lines. (Approval required)
Advanced (Level 5) Continue improving your trick repertoire, skills and techniques, unless you decide to run away and join the circus.

- AERIAL ADVENTURE (FRI 6:15 PM)
- Keen to get your feet off the ground? Try a variety of aerial apparatuses, including static trapeze, rope, aerial ring (lira), cloud swing and silks. Improve coordination and awareness as well as strength.
- SILKS (Aerial Fabric) WED 6PM
- Get all wrapped up in the excitement of this fun fabric apparatus. Beginners will start by learning how to climb and do basic wraps and poses. Eventually students advance to more difficult moves, even drops, as they become stronger and more proficient.
- BEGINNING LYRA (Aerial Hoop) WED 7:30-9PM
- Introduction into Aerials. Learn how to manipulate your body around a hanging hoop! Working with the basic climbs and positions, while lengthening and strengthening you body and mind!
- FITNESS WITH HOOPS (Intro to Hooping) FRI 5PM
- This unique class is lots of fun as you learn the fundamentals of hooping. Lean tricks on your hands, neck, chest, waist and knees, etc. Develop sequences of skills and combine tricks with single or multiple hoops. Suitable for Beginners as well as those with experience.
- CIRQUE CIRCUIT (WED 9:30AM-11AM)
- This class is designed to boost your fitness level, flexibility, balance, strength and pretty much everything you need to prep your body for doing aerials! Classes include cross-training exercises from a variety of circus activities, including Silks, Lyra and Static trapeze!!! YOU'LL GET A LIL' TASTE OF EVERYTHING in this class!!
- CIRQUE FLOW (SAT 12PM)
- This class is targeted towards ground work! Working with your technical flow using props such as Hoops, poi, staff, doubles, minis, etc.... While intertwining character work, theatrical movement and performance skills!!
- CIRCUS JAM OPEN GYM (FRI 7:30-10PM)
- This unstructured class is open to anyone who wants to play circus-style. Participants teach each other. An instructor is available to provide assistance and ensure safety. (Silks, Lira, Cloud Swing, Low-Trapeze, Doubles, Partner Work, Hoops, Poi etc. Bring your talent and improve your craft, while having fun and meeting other circus-play enthusiasts.
Each of the following courses is formatted as an 8-week progressive program. Courses begin at varying times during the year. Please let us know which class you are interested in and we’ll get back to you with availability.
- CIRCUS TOTS (sign up now)
- This class includes circus-style fitness training for mommies and their toddlers. Parents and kids will work on overall fitness, motor skills, following directions and other developmentally appropriate circus skills. Daddies are also welcome to participate!
- FUNDAMENTALS OF FLYING TRAPEZE (sign up now)
- Learn the proper techniques of flying with this 6 week course. (for Beginning & Intermediate Flyers)
Includes warm up, personal assessment, individual attention, take-off, breakdown of swing, trapeze drills, tricks, shoulder & body maintenance, core & strength building exercises

- FLYING TRAPEZE BOOTCAMP (sign up now)
- Learn the proper techniques of flying in this High-Intensity 6 week course. (for Beginning & Intermediate Flyers)
Includes warm up, personal assessment, individual attention, take-off, breakdown of swing, trapeze drills, tricks, shoulder & body maintenance, core & strength building exercises.

- FLYING MONKEY PROGRAM - After School Program
- School age kids experience a wide selection of circus delights. Participants improve their flexibility, co-ordination, fitness, and confidence whilst learning activities such as juggling, tumbling, acro-balance, handstands, static trapeze, hula hoops, tight-wire, bungee-trapeze, poi, flying trapeze, aerial hoop & aerial fabric and more.
- FITNESS BOOTCAMP
- Designed in circuits, the class will have participants moving from ropes, to trapezes, to fabrics, to hoops, with floor exercises and flexibility work in between. - ACRO BALANCE
- Fly through the air…but close to the ground. No net! Acro Balance is a dynamic practice that explores trust, awareness, and play. Though working with others we find new areas of strength and flexibility. In addition to individual and partner yoga-style positions, these classes incorporate therapeutic and acrobatic flying. - CIRQUE NUTS & BOLTS
- You’re never too old to start learning circus. This class is designed to introduce circus activities in a fun and non-threatening environment. Participants will improve their fitness while increasing their strength, flexibility, aerial awareness, hand-eye co-ordination and confidence. - AERIAL CONDITIONING
- If you‘ve always wanted to be in the air but don’t know where to start, prepare yourself by utilizing various aerial apparatus whilst you build your confidence. This course is designed for students hoping to move into an aerial class or who want to maintain aerial strength. Email us for more information: info@circusfund.org
- CIRQUE-ASANA
- Circus-style yoga!! What do circus and yoga have in common? More then you’d think! In this course you will explore the acrobatic essence of yoga, & partner yoga as well as some aerial apparatus integration. Email us for more information: info@circusfund.org
- SLACKLINE & WIRE WALKING
- Dazzle and daze as you learn to walk across the slack-line and tight-wire. Learn different foot placements, dance and yoga moves and impressive feats such as jumps and turns as you balance on a strap or a wire as wide as a 10 cent coin. Email us for more information: info@circusfund.org
- CIRCUS STAR CAMP - Held during school holidays and vacations
- This camp is similar to our summer camp program and is appropriate for kids ages 7 and up & teens. Students will play on the flying trapeze, a variety of aerial apparatus, tumbling, hula-hoops, acro-balance, lira, tissue, poi and more. Email us for more information: info@circusfund.org
- CIRCUS SOUP – An intro to circus. Lots of fun mixed into one!
- This 8 weeks workshop is excellent for kids entering the world of circus for the first time. Classes are fun and fast paced, incorporating basic skills with strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance. - KIDS AERIAL INTRO
